Accepts major insurances as an “out of network provider”

Belter Physical Therapy accepts insurance as an out-of-network provider which means we accept most major insurance programs! Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept Medicare and those patients will be subject to the hourly cash rate.

Most plans have both in-network and out-of-network provisions. The main difference being that your deductible is likely to be slightly higher with the out-of-network side than with the in-network side. However, once it has been satisfied, your co-pay or co-insurance can be very similar to your in-network co-pay.

The benefits of seeing an out-of-network provider is that we are able to provide one on one, hands on care without the use of PT aides or use of passive time managing equipment. This care significantly separates us from an in-network facility where you are likely to be one of a few patients being seen within the same hour and where you may be placed on a bike or asked to complete an exercise program independently. At Belter Physical Therapy the full session is devoted completely to you. And, your insurance can pay for it!

We will contact your insurance company to verify coverage before you come in for your appointment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. There will be no unexpected charges or surprise bills.

Our cash fee for service rate is $150/hour.
